Every puppy purchased from Pure Breed Exporters comes with a 30-day health guarantee. Within 30 days of receiving your puppy, we ask that you take them to a licensed veterinarian for a full health check. If the vet confirms that your puppy has an illness contracted before delivery, please contact us immediately.

We guarantee that all our puppies are healthy, safe, and free from infections at the time of shipping. Our commitment to you doesn’t end when your puppy arrives home — we see each adoption as the start of a lasting relationship.

While we take every precaution to ensure our puppies are strong and well-socialized, we also recognize that health can be influenced by factors outside of our control, such as genetics, diet, exercise, and daily care. That’s why we are always here to support you with guidance and advice to help your puppy thrive.

At Pure Breed Exporters, we know that no puppy can ever truly be replaced because of the deep emotional bond they create. However, we believe that in the unfortunate event of loss, comfort can be found when we provide you with another puppy of equal value.

If, within one year from the date of purchase, your puppy passes away or is diagnosed with a serious health disorder that affects its quality of life, we will replace it with another puppy of the same value at no cost to you. The cause of death or health concern must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian, and a copy of the veterinary report should be emailed to us.

What We Ask From You

Our greatest joy is knowing we have brought happiness into your home through one of our puppies. To help us keep your puppy healthy and ensure this guarantee remains valid, please:

  • Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 30 business days of receiving them and send us a copy of the medical record.

  • Continue with the vaccination schedule as recommended by your vet. Your puppy will already have age-appropriate vaccinations when you receive them.

  • Keep up with deworming and regular health checkups until at least 16 weeks of age (or longer, as advised by your vet).

We are always available to offer health advice and guidance because your puppy’s well-being — and your peace of mind — are our top priorities.

Exceptions to Our Health Guarantee

Our health guarantee has a few important exceptions: failure to provide your puppy with regular veterinary care may void this guarantee. Additionally, this guarantee does not cover spaying or neutering costs, including undescended testes.

Before shipping, every puppy undergoes a thorough health check by a licensed veterinarian. The vet issues a Veterinary Health Report for each puppy, certifying its health across key areas including cardiovascular, skin and coat, eyes, mouth, teeth and gums, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ears, urogenital, and gastrointestinal systems.

This report is completed on the day of shipping to ensure that your puppy is in optimal health. Any puppy with serious health concerns will not be shipped. We also require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving them to confirm continued good health.
